Hi,
I would like to convert DVD format (Audio and Video folders on my C drive) to MPEG2.
I have tried variuos S/W, and I finally have AVI format (See)
Once I had AVI file, I tried to convert it, using DVD2SVCD, to MPEG2 file, but the I got blak margin on the sides.
What is the problem?

When you say DVD format, you mean a VIDEO_TS folder? If so, it would contain VOBs, IFOs, etc?
And what format are you trying to convert it to? I'm guessing SVCD.
I don't know where AVI would come into this.
What is your final format supposed to be?
You are aware that DVD is already MPEG-2? You only need to extract the MPEG-2 files from the VOBs to get to that point. TMPGEnc DVD Author can do that.
You might want to clarify what you are attempting to do. -

Thanks - it is working.
Another question - How to upload more than one file (As you did)?
