  1. Ok, I have two HDDs. One is 80GB for OS and the other is 200GB. What I need is the shortcuts running to the right ones.

I want my pictures and my documents to be in the 200GB. By default is it set to the 80GB(as it is the primary w/ the OS). Like, whenever I click the My Documents/My Pictures links on the start menus and from anywhere else. It dosen't seem possible to remove the current my documents/my pictures from the start menu or to change their paths...

Also, i'd like to have it have my 200GB HDD be the default when asking to save files.

The 'My Pictures' folder is within the 'My Documents' folder. Right click on the 'My Documents' folder in your Start menu. Click on Properties. You should be able to change the location of it there. Click 'Move' and select the destination. You might want to create a folder in your destination drive called 'My Documents'. It may take a while to move them.
