For an iso that size, shrink should be fine. I could take anywhere from 45 minutes to a couple of hours depending on your computer. Use "File", "Open disk image".

On your PC, probably around 30 - 45 minutes tops. To reduce quality issues, make sure you have Deep Analysis and AEC both on.

    DVDShrink.

The only way you won't lose any quality whatsoever is to either burn the ISO to a DL DVDR or alternatively exclude an extra feature or an unwanted audio stream so that you get the total size under 4.37GB.

In all honesty, I'd very much doubt you'd even notice any loss of quality since the compression % should be in the 90's. Of course there's always Deep Analysis and AEC to help out if required.

DVD-Rebuilder will re-encode, which would generally return a better result, but I would recommend that route if your compression % was going to be much lower than this.
    If in doubt, Google it.
