Nero VCD Trouble

Im in bad shape. This is the first time ive evern tried this, but im running into all kinds of trouble. First of all, i followed the directions to burn a VCD with Nero, but Nero wont recognize my CD-R, so all it did was create the image. So then I took it to Disk Juggler and burned the image...but the disc didnt work when I was through. the menu opened up and everything, but no videos. I dont understand! Is it disc juggler?!? i mean, i also have NTI, but i dont see anything there to burn an image or to burn a VCD. Can anyone help me?

Does Nero recognize your burner? If it does and doesn't recognize your CD-R, then try some other brand.

ok...i meant it wouldnt support my burner. well, i got the disk to play the first video, but now there's a new problem...the menu doesnt work! All I can do is watch things in order, which sucks, and also, the music videos arent synched with the voices. Is there any way to correct this mess?!?
