    Hi,

Well, I really have a lot of problem, and hope you guys can resolve it for me.

I have a Karaoke MPEG clip that contains a video and music. On the music, the left side is the instrumental, and on the right side is the vocal.

Here's my problem... I want to create a DVD (better performance than VCD) which I want to burn that clip.

When I create a VCD, it's perfect... It contains the video, song, and on my DVD Player, I can set the audio as left only, right only, or both...

But when I create a DVD with that same clip, and play on my DVD Player, it doesn't have any choice for the sound. I have try to change the sound to left only, right only.... but it's not possible.

    Question:
    1) Can I burn that karaoke clip on DVD, and when I play that on my DVD Player, I can choose switch on right or left volume...?

    2) Better than that, can I burn that clip on DVD and insert to that clip to audio, the Audio 1, the vocal, the Audio 2, the instrumental?

I don't want that on VCD, because the disk space is less, and on some DVD Player, the VCD skip...

    I want on DVD...

    Please help me out!

The left only, right only issue would depend on the DVD player capability. You can also select left only, right only or both on the playback audio amplifier.

DVD authoring would normally use 2 audio tracks. One would be instrumental only and the other would be voice.

DVD player menus would normally select one track or the other. If you need both to be played at the same time, you could create a mix of intrumental + voice as a third track.
