    I used to be able to play a video using Real player, but now it only plays sound, no picture. I've even tried uninstalling/installing the player again, but it didn't work.

    What format file is it? Did you go to the Real website and get the latest version of the player?

    yes I got the latest version. I just recently found out, I need to move the acceleration down in order to play, I think, this high quality video. I didn't seem to before. Is there anyway to not have to do that?
