DVD Chapter Skipping

I think I've posted this in the right place, apologies if I have made a mistake.

Anyway, here's my problem. I have a series of VOB files, and when playing them back, one of the chapters seems to repeat itself, so that when the chapter has finished playing, the chapter repeats itself again and your forced to watch it again, or skip it (yes, the chapter is physically encoded twice... once at the end of a VOB file, and again at the beginning of the next VOB file o_O). Naturally this is a pain.

Is there any way to remove, or at least skip over the duplicate chapter?
This might be an easy thing to solve, I've just never had this issue before!

PGCEdit can probably be used to reroute the links to skip the duplicate chapter. Be aware though that if you use the 'next' button you may still find it unless there is other work done as well.
