Can you try asking again, with complete sentences? I don't know what you're asking.

Your PC may be overheating causing it to re-boot.

take the top (or side if a tower) off the case and point a standard desk fan at the inside of the case. Turn it on and see if this stops the crashing. If so, overheating is your problem.

Also, ask your teacher about the full stop, or period, and it's use in the written word.

I tried reading this in one breath and I simply could't. Where's my oxigen bottle! Have you heard of punctuation?

Any time a PC reboots on it's own if more likely due to over heating as has been already explained. Video work will stress the hell out of a computer no matter how big and bad it is.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

    1 overheating

    2 need new drivers

    3 poor power

    4 crap or damaged hardware
a netgear NIC randomly froze or rebooted my machine whenever i ran bit torrent

first thing id check is overheating

take the side off the case
use a program like aida32 or speedfan to monitor the temperature
also intermittently feel of the cpu heatsink

run the video converting program and monitor the temperature if/when it crashes

it could be something as simple as increasing the temperature at which pc automatically shuts down in the bios (its there to save the pc in the event of fan failure) but if its set too low say 50C then it could kick in under intense cpu load
    .

if overheating isnt your problem then try it again while disconnected from internet (just to rule out it isnt being shut down by a problem similar to the netgear NIC i mentioned earlier or by some virus triggered online)
    .

if this isnt it then try updating all drivers or a fresh install of windows
    .

if it still doesnt work then id try running through a (high quality +sufficiently powerful) uninterruptable power suppply to rule out dodgy power being fed into pc

at this point id blame the hardware
    motherboard ram cpu psu
it could be just about any part inside causing it

only way to diagnoe which it is is to get another pc which works and swap one part out at a time until you find which is at fault

    --------------------------

alternatively just try a different program
if you are going from avi and mpeg to dvd then try dvdsanta or one of the many other tools available
