  1. I have a few really quick questions to ask.

1.) What's the best software out there right now to rip dvd's?

    Features: Fast Rip time
    Save onto Hard Drive
    Burn it onto multi CD's

    2. If i already burned a DVD cd and it's on my hard drive. However, i want to convert it to AVI, DIVX something that will allow me to have great quility Picture, but could be put onto a CD-RW/CD-R. The question i have is if i do convert it can i keep the menu, sub title's features also?

1, DVD Decrypter or DVDFab Decrypter Neither will let you burn onto multiple cd's.

2, If you convert to Divx or Xvid then you will lose the menu's. Try AutoGK, it's very easy to use.

Menus and selectable subs are part of the DVD specs. AVI is just a general audio/video container format. It may contain DivX or XviD (among other formats) video.
DivX 6 tries to mimic the DVD format for DivX encoded video - but there's not much H/W support for it (yet?)
