    When I take a dvd video into video redo and break them into smaller video files, the different dvd authoring programs I've used don't like them. NeroVision Express shows no video. Studio v.9 has no audio.

    What do I need to do with videoredo to make the video files usable? The larger files do work.

    how small ? are we talking minutes, or a few frames ?

    About one or two minutes.

    I tried it with tmpg and it works fine, and the dvd works great. Under Pinnacle studio 9 or nerovision express, I got sound and video problems respectively.

    I wouldn't trust Nero as far as I could comfortably spit out a rat for anything but CD burning. Pinnacle I haven't used, but going on the posts it seems to be a mixed bag.
