The latest version of ConvertXtoDVD supports mkv and ogm conversion. It can handle dual audio and subtitles.

Otherwise you will have to extract the content, encode it, and author accordingly.

Does it have hardcoded subs, or you want them hardcoded ?

ConvertXtoDVD won't hard sub a movie, but it will put them in so you can turn them on or off with your remote.

If it has hard subs, and is an anime, then I would suggest you extract avi manually, use FitCD to create a script to resize and add borders to avoid overscan, then load this script into the latest version of convertXtoDVD

You don't have use hard subs for DVD, so why go through the extra encoding ?

As for the ones that are hard subbed, I would use FitCD and Avisynth to add borders, then use ConvertXtoDVD to encode if you don't want to do it the longer way. Otherwise, load the avisnht script into a good encoder, then author the results.
