I have some DVD videos that when played in standalone DVD players, are dropping frames. This is a copy that I did with my computer. The same DVD plays well in my computer and the video files that were ripped to the hard disc.
I am using DVD Decrypter, with DVD43 and Nero Express 6 for burning.
I tried ripping with DVD Shrink, SmartRipper and same results with other DVDs that I have burned.
The "original" does not required shrinking so I just back it up.
My computer is 2 GHz, 768 MB, hard disk of 40 and 120 GB Ultra ATA Seagate, Samsung TS-H552U DVD writer and a LG HL-DT-ST CD writer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In 97% of cases it is a media issue. Check that your DVD player supports your type of dvd media. If so, try a different brand of dvd disc.

Haven't tried other brands, because in my country the best I can find is Imation. The TDK DVDs were bought in USA, but didn't bought other brands.
What is a media code? -
If you start dvdcrypter and insert a dvd, it will show you a media code or media id, for that dvd. Media code is more important than brand. All of the brands you list, are likely poor quality dvd's. Branded ritek g05's are the minimum quality I would recommend. Best is Verbatim 16x MCC code, or Taiyo Yuden.

Your media is either causing issues with your burner or with your standalone. The only way of correcting problems like this are by changing media. It is all a matter of trial and error.
I've had copies on cheap media (VANGUARD) that don't play in my Philips DVP642 or my JVC, but play just fine in my ancient Panasonic. All I use now are Taiyo Yuden, which work fine in everything I've put them into.Google is your Friend -
What you mean with "dropping frames"?
Can you provide some more information about the DVD files (fps, pulldown, NTSC and so on).
Well, contrary to some other opinions I found Imation and TDK very good media and Verbatim - completely sh*t. -
Abond....the trouble with Imation, TDK, and Verbatim is they use numerous vendors to supply their discs. So quality and compatibility will vary from batch to batch. The only way to know for sure what you are using is to verify the media id. As is usually pointed out, if the "Made in Japan" is on the packaging, it is usually high quality TY.

By dropping frames, I mean that the action stops a moment and then continue but with another sequence. You can see that there is something missing. If there any other way to call that, please correct and excuse me.
The DVD is NTSC, 720x480, 4:3, audio LPCM 2 channels.
This is the info from Decrypter.

Do you have Nero. Can you run CD/DVD Quality scan on the burned dvd. I suspect that your media is the problem. Ricoh JPNR01's aren't the best on many burners. Some burners do fairly well with them, but most do not.
