Kinda off topic, but kinda not, so what the hell.
I'm moving and I've got a CIS from JLW Sales that I use with my Epson R300. I'm really curious has anyone else moved one of these things? What's the best way to do it without spilling anything?
I can see removing the feed tubes from the carts and plugging those with the stoppers that came with the system or not. If the carts were left connected I would think there may be some issue with leaking, but with the ends of the tubes (I don't remember a cap for the ends, there very well could be and I may have it.
No matter what I do I think it sounds like a risky propisition as the carts aren't sealed since they've been used...
How do you do it?
BTW I plan on replacing my old carts in the printer for transportation, unless someone gives me a good reason no to. I think that epson use to suggest this, but I'm not sure anymore and since the thing will be in storage for up to 3 months I don't want anything to dry up and kill the $50 printer. =)
