I have several analog RCA Video/Audio device sources I'd like to be able to switch between. Specifically, I have a Hi8 Camcorder,a VHS deck, and a security camera. As I am tired of crawling behind my computer to uplug and replug video and audio cables from the video/audio capture card, I'd like to be able to plug all three sources into a switchbox, and then route a single run of RCA cables from the switchbox outputs to the computer analog inputs. Can anybody recomend a cheap three (or more) video/audio RCA switch box? (Perhaps I should have gone to Radio Shack to see what they have before posting this question, but...)

    Thanks for your advice.

I use one from Radio Shack, Catalog #: 15-1983. Works with my component cables. (I use the stereo and the video jacks for the three component inputs) About $20US. Works great, even with component inputs. Replaceable labels to help identify the inputs.

Try to keep your RCA cables as short as possible and use decent quality cables and you should have no problems.
