    anyone know any software that burns mpegs or avi s on DVD disc.
    Nero doesn't burn video Dvd discs.
    i wouldn't like to convert avi to dvd and burn coz that way it takes more space all i want is just burn avi files on DVD discs.
    help please.

    P.S. Nero does burn Video DVD disc.

    That's called a "data disk" and nero will certainly do that.

    Yup... Nero will burn your AVI's as data... I'm in the process of backing up all 3 of my LOTR Extended Versions to Xvid, and placing the entire trilogy on one DVD9....

    #1) it's now on my list as one of my all time favorite movies.
    #2) The 3 movie (4 DVD's each set) movies cost me some big bucks.
    #3) Original DVD's can malfunction, break, or get damaged. See my reply about what happened to a DVD I purchased which is also one of my favorite movies in this thread on the 2nd page of responses:
