My glib answer: On the left side of this page, find the green "All Guides" button and click it. In 'How to Category' choose PAL to Ntsc conversion or vica versa. Pick one of the guides and use it.

Buy a DVD player that is region free and does PAL to NTSC conversion.

If you are on a tight budget then the Cyberhome CH-DVD 300S is the way to go ... pretty darn impressive for around $39.99

If you have more money then you probably want a JVC model. These can be bought region free and do excellent PAL to NTSC. Models start at about $110 from 220-electronics

I've also heard good things about the newer Pioneer models when it comes to PAL to NTSC ... I'm talking mostly about the Pioneer DV-578 and the even newer DV-588 models. These go for $170 to $180 at 220-electronics

If you have a really "hi-end" TV like a HDTV then you might want to try the Oppo Digital OPDV971H which is $200 at HK FLIX

If you want to do the conversion on the computer then I would suggest the DGPulldown method. Read this thread for more info ---> CLICK HERE

    P.S.
The popular Philips DVP-642 can be hacked to be region free and can do PAL to NTSC but does so very poorly. I bought one recently for DivX/Xvid playback which is kewl but for PAL to NTSC ... Even the $40 Cyberhome beats it.
