Shacky video and Audio striping from video

Goood day all,
I got a camcorder and i tape events in ym community. But a problem i have is that often i tape things while i am walk, so the video comes out a bit shacky, is there any video application to remove or reduce the shacking in the video file ?

Also whats the best software to record the video feeds of my camcorder ? I using the video & audio out to a GOOG/ IOMAGIC TV Tuner+FM PCI Card card.

One last question, i got a video file off one of the many news sites i visited, but it seems like the file i got has two audio feeds in the video, what application can i use to remove one or both of the audio feeds ?
