How to Cut a scene using Avidemux 2.4

I want to cut out a scene in a video clip, the clip is 30 min long, I want to cut out a scene from 22 min untill 24 min, and then resume the clip from there. How would I do this using Avidemux 2.4, Thanks

Set start(A) to 22 min and then the end(B) to 24 min and press delete. Save as as new clip.
