hi,
ive recently started to use this program and have noticed that the playback in the capture clip window plays ok but is a little dark, however,if the same clip is dragged to the storyboard/timeline and played from there the picture plays back brighter but with slight jerking and a slight audio buzz.does the program use 2 different codecs ? have i got too many codecs installed? (ive put lots on inc mainconcept,x264,ace mega codecs pack, avi codec and satsuki decoder pack).
xp proffessional
sp2 installed
samsung cp-d70
thanks

If you have installed any codec packs, you probably have too many codecs.
Hard to tell whether that's your problem, but conflicting codecs will generally cause problems.
If you run a program like Gspot or AVIcodec, you should see a list of what's installed. You can also run those programs when you have a video you can't open and it will tell you which codec is needed, then you install only that codec. This will eliminate a lot of problems. No complete codec packs ever, just the ones you need.
You can usually remove offending codecs with a program such as Codec Sniper.
