My cap wiz gives me options on what audio format to use.
But i'm not sure exactually which one to use,I'm capturing a 1hr 45min video and the choices are:
48.0 (mpeg-1L2)
48.0(LPCM)
44.1(MPEG-1L2)
224 kbps
I know some are compressed and uncompressed,Does this make a difference though.

If you are going to encode to AC3 (Dolby Digital) at a later time then choose the 48.0 LPCM, If you are not going to encode to dolby digital then use the 48.0 MPeg1 L2 at 224kb/s.
either will probably work on the finished dvd (assuming you are going to dvd), but AC3 is the standard and provides greater compatibility.
