  1. converting your files when you go to burn a DVD? I usally go to customize mpeg settings and check mark "do not convert mpeg files" I think it still does because it will take forever to burn a DVD. Is there anyway to check the video file on the DVD that Ulead VideoStudio 9 made to see if it changed it?

The other trouble i have it is that it thinks some Movies are to big to fit on a DVD! When i know they will fit it wont let you burn it. Uleads DVD WorkShop will let me burn the same file that's what's funny. I think the way around that is to have VideoStudio 9 make a iso file and then for me to burn that to a DVD with dvd decrypter.

Here is what I do and it works quickly. I add a movie clip and increase the sound volume, as it supports AC3. I increase the sound volume because the movie is played in an auditorium.
Then I select, not custom, but "same as first clip" and it flies. If all your clips are the same, and they should be, then it goes fast. I tried "custom - same as project" to no avail. If you use transitions etc., that will add time.

Note: I have already used "dvd shrink" to make the movie size correct prior to the above. If the mpg is still too big, use dvd shrink and then burn, but this rarely happens.

  3. I don't think that option is available when you click on "Create Disc" it is if you click on "create a file"

I'm trying to get VideoStudio 9 to burn my DVD with menus without it converting my video. I have already converted it to what i want. I don't want it to mess with the picture quality.
