Can anyone recommend the best way to capture UK SKY+ programs to a PC. I'm looking for the best video quality currently possible, ideally capturing to the PC at the same resolution the programs were recorded onto the Sky+ box. I am assuming I will need a capture card but do not want to use the lower quality SVHS or composite connections. I think the Sky+ box has RGB SCART out (is this the best option?) A number of people have recommended the sweetspot card as it has component in's? http://www.pluggedin.tv/sweetspot/
Is this the best option or are there any alternatives to this card?
    Many Thanks, James

PS-Have read the 'how to' and searched forums but no joy so apologies if this is the wrong forum.
