i have a few avi movies in xvid each one takes 350M.
i want to burn them to a dvd with subtitles and a menu to choose which movie to play.

  2. I batch convert them to MPEG2 using WinAVI (using the constant video size option). I've found converting them to about 700MB each and sticking 8 on a DVD - that's for cartoons mind. I then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to make the DVD menus etc. It's fairly simple to use and you can add JPG files for the background and thumbnails etc

The Guides section is your friend here.

You need to convert Xvid to MPEG-2, then you need to author.
    If in doubt, Google it.
