OK...I've tried to use this guide
http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/24/59/
Unfortunately, it cuts out the bottom portion of the screen by a bit, and perhaps from the sides as well, but I'm not sure. The guide is for PAL and I need something NTSC. By this I mean, I think certain settings are set for PAL but not well explained for NTSC...unless I am reading it wrong.
Just wondering if anyone has used this guide before, or if anyone knows a a better way? This is the first, and probably last, conversion I make.

Are you sure it's actually cutting anything off, or are you losing some screen area to overscan ? If so, look at the screen shot in Step 5 of that guide. There is a drop down marked Overscan. I suspect you can use that to add borders to your image to allow for the overscan region of your TV.
