Right so I tried the Electrohome SVHS Video Stabilizer. As soon as I hooked everything up (Its svideo in and composite out) EVERYTHING is messed up the color goes, the "stop" screen is all over the place, yeah what the hell am I doing something wrong ? It should be stabiziling the video, not corrupting it. my vcr has composite out and in only so I got a svideo adapter to use it with this video stabilizer. Oh and the problems mentioned above I didn't even put a vhs in. Oh yeah using AIW 9800.

You sure ? Anyone else ? Without the adapter I won't be able to use it since its s-video output for the vhs.

Here is a simple test of the adapter. Nearly all dvd players have an s-video and composite output. Use the s-video into the adapter then into the composite in of the 9800. If it has the same problem, it is the adapter.
