hi all,
i've read somewhere that the ATI Theatre 550 Pro cannot capture digital source like freeview. please, can someone confirm this?
is it possible for me to pass the digital output from the freeview box via scart to s-video in into the ATI Theatre 550 Pro?
also, in terms of capture picture quality, which card is better, the ATI Theatre 550 Pro or the Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Expert (or
Leadtek WinFast PVR2000-MPEG2 TV/Decoder)?
cheers

The card will capture what's put into it, providing it's analog.
The 550 Pro chipset is regarded as the best qualtiy, when you can get one working properly.
Next best would probably be a Hauppauge PVR.
I have no opinions on Leadtek.Cheers, Jim
