    I need to know a very good and easy to use program that makes excellent quality gifs and you can resize them before you make them as well. Who here can help out?

    Well mencoder is the only app I can think of that can accept both mpg and wmv for input, resize and output an animated gif. However it doesn't offer any optimization for the colour palette or anything, so you would be better off converting to say an avi and using something else.
