Just wondering....I have a Philips 642 code free DVD player. I've noticed that on occasional PAL discs there is slight jitter or "ghosting" due to the PAL to NTSC conversion. I know that some of this is probably due to the low 4MB internal converter size on the Phillips. Then I was talking about Multisystem TVs with a friend. They display both PAL and NTSC inputs. Question: with any region free player(no matter what the brand) set to "auto" or "multi" video output so it plays a pure NTSC or pure PAL disc signal out to the multi TV, conversion should not be an issue and all displays(PAL or NTSC) should be perfect forevermore, correct??? If so, why don't people just get the multi TV(seen them on websites) and stop the conversion moaning...Or am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
-Jonny
