Living in Canada, Costco sell the 450H Pioneer dvd recorder, does anyone know if the recent Pioneer range can easilly be made to have ntsc and pal recording and region free, I realise few afford conversion and that a multi system dvd or vcr is different from a converting machine.
It is often accused that those who sell such international machines, spend minimal time doing what we could all do having bought the domestic version locally in our store.
Also I have read a thread on here that is really aggressive about how difficult such internation Pioneer machines are to use. Although one comment was that the menu option to change ntsc to pal was the last line in the menu listing, personally that does not seem hard to me.
