I have authored and rendered a DVD from a captured MPEG2 file. I have tried using both Ulead MovieFactory and TMPEG to render it.
When I playback the file on the DVD ROM of any PC, it plays back fine and looks just like the original MPEG2 file.
But when I play it back on any DVD player, the image comes out streaky and when objects move in the video, it sort of leaves a shadow behind them. It's like it has a slower frame rate. But the image quality in terms of resolution is fine.
Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Is it possibly the program that I am rendering it with?
Any help appreciated.
