  1. I get an error msg when I start encoding .d2v file with TMPGEnc v.2.02, the newest one.

It says something like following: "There was a reading violation at the address '036E64B7'of 'DVD2AVIVFP' against the address '033AB774'."

Exactly the samething pops up when i tried to see the preview. I thought maybe the vob file had a defect.
I've used smartripper to decode and dvd2avi v1.76 for frame serving.

I believe I'd followed the sefy all-in-one guide. Could anyone help me with this one? Finally, is there anyway to preview a vob file? Just to make sure the decoding went right. Thank you in advance.

    Thank you for your assistance.

  2. You could use PowerDVD or WinDVD to try playing the VOB, or any other DVD software you use for your movies.

As for your more serious problem, Delete all your TMPGEnc and DVD2AVI folders, create just one Folder, Unzip everything back into it, and try again!
