HIDE AND SEEK: original ending?

Can you please tell me what is the original ending of the Hide and Seek movie? I am having a dilemma to find correct one out of 5

The girl is drawing a picture and the female doctor is in the kitchen. Then, the girl and the female leave out the front door to go to school/work. The camera pans down, and shows you the picture the girl drew: it has a nice happy looking house, some grass, a picture of the female, then a picture of the girl... with two heads.

That's the original ending, I think.

1. 1 almost same ending but with "1 head"
2. 2 similar endings with female locking up girl in her room in the hospital and then girl getting up, opening a closet, looking in the mirror and saying something like "There you are"
3. 1 ending with female locking up girl in her room in the hospital and then leaving in the corridor with the doctor
