I am in China and found that I can use Freegate (http://127.0.0.1:8580/loc/phome.php?v=6.80&l=409)
to listen to Pandora Radio. Freegate works and allows me to listen to Pandora Radio, which I normally can't because I am outside US. Freegate is supposed to hide IP address. My question is: How does Pandora remember my music preference (I initially set as Beethoven) and always start playing Beethoven when my IP address is supposedly blocked?

are you using the same computer? perhaps it sticks some cookies or other files on your PC that identifies you on the site.

Yes, I always use the same computer. I see, could be cookies. Have to get some milk.

"Some milk" never goes well with Beethoven ---
--- especially the latest string quartets.
