To video-ts and audio-ts folders into image?

Hi, you guys! I was wondering, i have a dvd back up stored on my hd(video-ts and audio-ts folders), and, when i was going to record using Nero, i get this message:
"DVD video files reallocation failed. The resulting dvd-video might be unplayable."
So, i did not record. Originaly, this dvd stored was a image(.img) file, but, using winrar, i extracted the files onto video-ts and audio-ts folders, so, i could play using Powerdvd(using "open dvd stored on hd" function), instead of using a soft like Daemon tools or Alcohol, to create a virtual driver, mount an image, and finally play the dvd... i'm kinda disappointed now, so, i was wondering if i can turn those video-ts and audio-ts folders onto a .img(an image) again, and, wich soft you guys can point me(so i can burn this .img with Decrypter).
