    Well the remultiplex options on the assets menu should do that but PAL to NTSC is not included currently. (it is only in the dvd mode). I shall try to add that for next time.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
