Demux to Elementary Streams.

I am trying to get my Source Files down to their elementary files, for use with my Auhthoring Program.

What is the best application to easily do this?

I like rejig and dvddecrypter if I need to rip it at the same.

MPEG (K/S/VCD) (DVD) to demux to mpv and audio file.

If there is a all in one which will also do DIVX,XVID,OGM stream Demuxing that would be awesome.

I have the MPEG-2 (DVD) source files, I need the mpv and ac3 streams demuxed seperatly for use with DVD-Maestro.

There is no "All in one" program I know of.
I (would) use:

DVB: ProjectX, pvastrumento

DVD: rejig, dvddecrypter, vobedit, ProjectX

K/S/M/VCD: TmpgEnc Mpeg Tools

AVI or DivX (needs reencoding): VirtualDub(mod), avidemux

And don't forget PGCDemux for demuxing DVD PGCs.

mplayer can demux most stuff, it is a command line tool and works like
mplayer e:\dc\xvid.avi -dumpvideo -dumpfile audio.avi
mplayer e:\dc\video.mpg -dumpvideo -dumpfile audio.m2v

or

ogm ogmdemuxer
mkv mkvextractgui, avimuxgui
