Hi.
Just received ADVC-50. COmpletely squared away getting it into 5 1/4 bay, connecting power cord, etc. I'm struggling to seel what I connect it's signal to? There appear to be no connections on my video card for DV input. I have a NVIDIA Geforce2 64 mx 400 (Dell p4, 2.0gig).
Clearly I'm missing something. Do I need a new video card??

I think you need a PCI firewire card with an internal port. I've got the ADVC-100 and it's an external box that plugs into a "regular" external port on a PCI firewire card, so I'd assume that this would be similar. Maybe the canopus site, or the manual you got with it, or the canopus forums, or even canopus support can help ?
If in doubt, Google it.
