    Im wondering if someone out there can help me Im trying to back-up the movie ENVY but when I run it on DVD Decrypter I get a pop-up saying I/O error and aload of other stuff with numbers and stuff then I tried it on DVD Shrink and it brought up another pop-up saying DVD Shrink has encountered a error and cannot continue and something about a cyclic redundency check can anyone please help me

    As you may have heard, DVD Decrypter is no longer updated. You might try the newest Version of AnyDvd and Clone DVD to burn. You can also try DvdFab to rip it to your hard drive and then use Shrink.
