Maybe if you took the time to input your Computer Profile, we would be in more of a position to help you.

My first guess? You are running out of storage space.

  3. No. no storage probs!!!

But my pc is not the best:

    p2 500mhz
    60gb hdd

Well, I'm still waiting for you to enter your compter details into your profile - just like most everyone else.

  6. Well, I guess you are not going to post a profile.
But you need to give us a little help here.
    What operating system?
    What other programs are running?
    What backgroung tasks are running?
Is DMA for you HD active?
    Is an AV program, installed?
How much free space on the HD?

With a P2 and 500 MHZ your system is a little under powered for video capture.
