Is this just one 1 movie? Or does this happen everytime?

I had it happen once waaaay back in the noob days
with a file that was originally an .AVI and I converted
it to an MPEG-2, and tried to make a dvd out it using Sizzle.

Turns out IIRC that ffmpegx had a a problem
    with the AVI file,
and that I had go back to the original file, convert it
first to QT Mov, THEN mux it down to mpeg-2 to get it
to work, because of something in the .AVI.

I believe it might have been the fact it was actually
WMV in the avi file (video) but don't quote me on that.
I haven't used Sizzle since my early days on this forum
(97-99)....and certainly not since the advent of DVDSP
    (2000).

  6. it dont matter if u is going to be a prick over spelling

You are in breach of the forum rules and are being issued with a formal warning. Lose the attitude. If English is not your native language, say so in advance, we will understand. And there is no harm in pointing out spelling/grammar errors.

If it's every movie then I think terry is probably on the right track about media brand. You could buy one of those sampler packs of several different brands and see which ones your DVD player likes. Meritline used to sell them.

The mac is pickier about media than some
    Stand alone players, and vice-versa.

It still could be media. But since
you are unwilling to tell us the media brand
you are using, as well as be rude, I can't help you.
