Hi,
I have five separate VOB files (no IFO, BUP...). Each file can be played on my PC with a common player (i.e. VLC...).
I'd like to author a DVD compiling those five VOB files and create a menu
so i can play the DVD in a standard DVD player (ie: my Philips Q50).
How can I do that ?
Thanx in advance

TDA or DVD Lab Pro can load the VOBs and allow you to build a menu. Both have fully functioning 30 demos. If you use DLP, I strongly suggest you allow it to demux when it offers.
Read my blog here.

Demux using vobedit
>if audio is to be converted - do it now - preferably ac3
Reauthor using dvdauthorgui
You create your menus here as well
------------------------------------------
If ac3 filter package is installed , load video_ts from dvdauthorgui project folder in ifoedit , playback dvd , check menu dose what it should be doing , if fine , burn with imagetools .
-------------------------------------------
If ifoedit finds probs , use pgcedit to edit project commands , retest in ifoedit till its correct .
Thats all
