    What are the best settings on TMPGE to reduce or eliminate jerky VCD's? What I mean by jerky is that the video does not flow smoothly, every few seconds it kind of jumps slightly.

    I know this is a basic question but I could not find a solution I understood on the VCD help site.

    I should of added that I am converting a DivX Avi file to a standard VCD.
