Is it true that DVD Converter (included on MPEG2Works) causes quality loss?
I want to convert some PAL VOBS to NTSC but i don't want to lose quality, I was reading in another post that maybe JES Deinterlacer is better than this but you first need to convert the VOB file to .dv
Can anyone tell me which's the better way to convert PAL to NTSC without losing quality??
THANKS

You WILL ALWAYS loose quality if converting from one lossy format to another or re-encoding. The best you can do is try to minimise the quality loss.
