I have recently switched from using DVD pictureshow to using proShow gold. I must say that Im impressed by proshow gold but the resulting video output seems to be a lot bigger than with pictureshow. With picture show I can burm 20+ slideshows (approx 60 images in each) with no transistion effects and the DVD is not even full. However with proShow Gold I can't get anywhere near this amount.
Does pictureshow do somthing clever with the bitrates etc or does it use a different encoding method.
Anyone got any ideas ?
