For concert & music video DVDs I figure this would be useful...

Anything that can do this or should I just do it manually?

smartripper and dvd decrypter both have an option to split vobs at each chapter. have used this facility myself, then run each vob through dvd2avi to get the audio (usually ac3), then convert - depending on your target format. If its for cd then headac3he will do a good job of converting to wav.

  3. Hi-

Using DVD Decrypter, you can select a chapter at a time to decrypt, and using Streams Processing at the same time, you can demux the Audio.

DVD Audio Extractor works fine for removing dvd audio by chapters.
