I had a couple of .bins from which SVCD2DVD would just come up as having processed immediately but wouldn't actually extract the mpegs.
I managed to extract them using VCDEasy but I had to use the option "use 2336 bytes sectors mode for cd image".

I don't think I was using the latest version though, but the "about" box didn't really say which revision number of v2 I was using, but the newest installer file I grabbed was different.
I would test it again with the newest version but I have deleted the images!
Hope this helps - and it may have been fixed already but I can't check.
