    I have a lap top with a tv-out.
    What for a vcd player do i need to play the movies on my tv?

    You can play your VCDs with Windows Media Player. Open WMP, go to the drive, look in the MPGAV folder, and play the DAT file(s).

    i know but i need a program with a video output for my tv.
    when i use wm player i see the frame on my tv and the mouse cursor, but i dont see the movie
