Depends on what you mean by QTVR-object or panorama?
Object mode--there should be some tools on Apples website, which IIRC, include utiltity that converts QTVR to QD3D. This may be importable as 3d into Cinema4D (I'm assuming you want to retain the 3d)
Panorama mode--Shouldn't really be called VR, it's just a wraparound/panoramic 2d picture format (maybe video) that can sometimes contain hyperlink nodes. There is no real 3d here, therefore no immersive vr--at least not like what would be expected in Cinema4D, etc.
If QD3D (quickdraw3d) isn't supported, maybe there are other apps that can convert that to an intermediate format which IS supported.

Let's just say it's a QD3D file.. How do I import it in Cinema 4D? And then let's say it's a panorama mode file... How do I import it in Cinema 4D then?

For Panoramas, do a google search for "qtvr convert". There are a number of links for software that can convert qtvr to standard mov or pix files. It's 2D anyway, so then you would just import them as you would any 2D pic.
For Objects, that's a lot harder (but shouldn't be). I'd check the CGTalk forum, as they deal with this all the time. There are other forums also (Threedy, etc).
