I've bought media from them many times, and had never had any hassle. Last week I ordered just a case & charger combo for my Sansa mp3 player, & paid via Paypal. I got back a confirming email for my order, and stupid me somehow deleted it.
Since yesterday ,I've been trying to contact customer support to try & track my order. All emails bounce back, all day today the phone just rings off the hook, and their Live OnLine Chat helper is offline. Has anyone dealt with a live person at Meritline is the very recent past? I don't live far from them & usually my order gets to me in 2 days max.
I'm more than a little worried since there seems to be no way to get in contact with them...

They've had problems with this in the past. It's always very brief, and tends to be a gathering of circumstances all hitting at once (rush season, not enough staff in hand, around a weekend, etc).
If you don't get anything within 25 days, but before 30, file the non-receipt with Paypal.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
