Is BOILSOFT Still in business?

Over time I bought 7 BOILSOFT programs all 7 work on my XP box and 6 work on my Vista Home Premium Box. I have sent a number of support requests to Boilsoft with out any accnowledgment and the vendors payment group (Emetrix) sent 2 notes on my behalf.

Anyone else have this problem or know anything anbout Boilsoft?

I purchased their MOV Converter http://www.boilsoft.com/movconverter/
software from them several years ago and it did not work properly. In fact, it hardly ran at all.
I asked repeatedly for tech support and was told everytime that the software was not designed to do what I was trying to do with it. I was trying to convert MOV to MPEG-2...
They are a bunch of crooks.
I eventually got my money back via my credit card company.

Thanks, well at least you got a reply. I'm having problems with the AVI converter it works on the XP box but not on the Vista Box. Also, I have problems with the MOV converter with some but not all the MOV's I tried to convert. Mostly the MOV's off of the Playboy News Group had a problem but other MOV's seem to convert ok.
